EMF kadha is a herbal concoction that helps strengthen the immunity. It is usually prepared using herbs and spices. The kadha come in the form of an effervescent tablet. This kadha has been made by ten organically grown herbs like Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Guduchi etc. This kadha helps you to boost your immunity. Kadha pacify the Vata and Kapha, stimulate digestion, increase immunity and also detox your body. The ingredients of EMF Kadha are Ashwagandha, Guduchi, Tulsi, Black Pepper, Shatavari, Draksha,Adulsa, Kalmegh, Pippali & Shunti. It also contains Citric acid, Sodium bicarbonate & stevia extract.

HOW TO CONSUME IT ?

EMF Kadha comes in effervescent form which dissolves into water due to its effervescent nature and does not require to be stirred. You need to take 200 to 250 ml of warm water in a cup or glass. Just drop one tablet into the water and wait for 1 minute till the tablet is dissolved properly and your kadha is ready to be consumed. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) has been called the king of Ayurvedic herbs. It is also known by several other names, including Indian ginseng and winter cherry. GUDUCHI

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as amrit, is one of the most valued herbs in the Ayurvedic pharmacy. Guduchi is used for diabetes, high cholesterol, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), upset stomach, gout, lymphoma and other cancers, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), hepatitis, peptic ulcer disease (PUD), fever, gonorrhea, syphilis, and to boost the immune system.

TULSI

Tulsi or Ocimum tenuiflorum, commonly known as holy basil or tulsi, is an aromatic perennial plant in the family Lamiaceae. It is rich in antioxidants which help in mitigating stress and conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure and so on. Tulsi has linoleic acid which is extremely beneficial for skin. SHATAVARI

Shatavari is also known as Asparagus racemosus. It’s a member of the asparagus family. It’s also an adaptogenic herb. Shatavari is considered a general health tonic to improve vitality, making it a staple in ayurvedic medicine. Shatavari consists Vitamin A, C, E, K, B6 Folic acid, iron, copper, calcium, protein & fiber. Chromium in asparagus controls diabetes and increase Immunity. SHUNTHI

Shunthi (Sonth in Hindi), known in Botany with the name of Zingiber officinale, is quite a recognized Ayurvedic herb. Drying of ginger after its processing with the help of lime water, Shunthi or Sonth is prepared. Shunthi provides relief from gastrointestinal problems as it can be used to eliminate flatulence from the intestines while relaxing the tract.It majorly helps to lower down the body temperature as it removes toxins from the body. ADULSA

Adulsa or Justicia adhatoda is commonly known as Malabar Nut. The leaves of Justicia adhatoda contains phytochemicals such as alkaloids, tannins, saponins, phenolics and flavonoids.Malabar nut is used to loosen chest congestion, open the breathing tubes (bronchi), and treat spasms. It is used for upper airway infections, common colds, cough, asthma, and tuberculosis.

PIPPLI

Long pepper (Piper longum), sometimes called Indian long pepper or pipli, is a flowering vine in the family of Piperaceae. As an herbal remedy, pippali’s rejuvenating qualities strengthen and nourish many systems of the body. It improves metabolism (as mentioned), promotes healthy circulation, strengthens reproductive functions, and supports a healthy liver.13 But its most celebrated power lies in its ability to rejuvenate the lungs and respiratory system.

KALMEGH

Kalmegh (also known as Andrographis paniculata) is a plant which is also known as “Green Chiretta” and the “King of Bitters”. It is used for various medicinal purposes and is bitter in taste. Andrographis is used as an astringent, bacteria killing agent, painkiller, fever reducer, and treatment for worms.

DRAKSHA

Common Grape Vine ( Vitis Vinifera ) is known as Draksha in ayurveda. Due to their property of alleviating vata the use of grapes is recommended as nervine. Draksha or grapes help to strengthen lungs. Draksha are used as main ingredients in ayurvedic preparations which are administered in respiratory conditions like Tuberculosis, cough, bronchitis etc.Urinary System: Grapes act as diuretics and increase frequency and volume of urine.
